Kat Upendi

While Kat Upendi is an afrobeats DJ, she brands herself as an alternative DJ, through her experimentation of sounds and discovery of Alté Cruise, which can loosely be described as an alternative afrobeats. While the genre is relatively new, she prides herself in bringing a different experience of African music to the dance floor and many ears around the world.
